"Historic Treasure Lehmann House wasn’t just a place to sleep & eat, it was a Delightful experience. The craftsmanship of this historic home is beautiful, the history - wonderful, the host Marie ? was talented, hospitable with attention to detail, interesting, intelligent and what a cook. Our breakfast was not just delicious but an elaborate presentation that felt like a most indulgent experience. Visiting with the other guests and the host was friendly and welcoming. She had an elaborate library that could pique anyone’s interest, rooms spacious and comfortable, neighborhood quiet, safe, walkable. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lafayette Park holds a summer concert every other weekend that we enjoyed. My family and friends have already heard all about this gem ? of a place. We will hopefully have more visits."

"Exceptional as always!! We return to the Lehmann House for several reasons. The house has so much character and charm and Marie is a wonderful hostess. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very modern. Our room had a balcony where we drank coffee and ate Marie's cookies. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with its Federal style homes. We cross the street and walk the Lafayette park each morning. Fine restaurants are within walking distance. We have also walked to Cardinal"s games. The breakfast Marie prepares is exceptional! The antique table is set with fine china and the food is always a high point for our stay. Marie serves fresh fruit, freshly prepared breads, eggs dishes, fruit juices and other wonderful foods. We will definitely come back."

"Wonderful inn close to everything in St. Louis The Lehmann House is a wonderful inn in a historic part of town. The park is across the street and you are a five minute ride from downtown. Marie is very sweet and did her best help me with anything I needed during my stay."
